This site has run on WordPress since 25 Oct 2026 with a theme and a private inbox for the contact form; the form opens once DNS and HTTPS are ready and real email delivery has been tested; news and events need real content before publication; place submissions and corrections go through review; user accounts, forums, mentions and notifications do not exist yet; Ops integration is not enabled
